I am truly and greatly honored that you are here. Meditation can be a launching point, and anchor, for change, healing, growth and great success.It is an age-old practice that has helped many people feel and experience more clarity, peace, joy and equanimity and I am excited for you to join the community, the sangha, of this practice. Over the next seven days, we will sit together for ten minutes each morning. I will guide you through some basic meditation practices that are steeped in the teachings of the Yoga Sutras, an ancient Indian text about yoga. It is my hope and prayer that we begin to be MORE open, awake, and compassionate on and off the cushion.
